Covid-19 Update 01/06/2021

we are open to all members subject to booking and completion of the new form

Day launches are available for all Windsurfing, Wing and SUP subject to booking in at least one day before arrival and payment made online.

At this time there are SUP lessons available. NO windsurf lessons though we to hope to start them again soon.

The clubhouse and changing rooms will remain closed until further notice.

The outside toilet will be open.

Sup and Windsurf hire is available subject to the following restrictions:

Hire will be available to book in group sizes up to 6.
SUP Hire will only be available in suitable weather, which is at a managers discretion. Winds under 10mph (average wind speed, with possible exception on E/NE wind direction at managers discretion)
Windsurf hire is only for those above the level or RYA start windsurf. suitable weather conditions will be determined by management dependent on the hires ability.
Slots will be available to book no more than 1 day before, ensuring us to be confident with the weather forecast.
Bookings must be paid for online. Without payment the booking will not be secured. No shows will not be refunded. Late comers will still have to be off the water at their stated time.
Equipment will be cleaned between users.
Hire costs are £15 per hour per person/board (SUP). Family mega board £50/hour. £20 per hour windsurf.
You are expected to stay off site if you or household have covid symptoms, in accordance with government guidelines.
Spectators will not be allowed on site.
You must not arrive more than 15mins prior to your booking. And must exit the site once your activity has finished.
Wetsuits will not be available at this time. Bouyancy aids will still be provided where needed.
Usual social distancing rules will be in place on site.

Booking payment must be paid to secure the booking. Payment can be paid via bank transfer or paypal to ensure safe and contactless payment. Please put your name in the payment reference so we are aware where the payment has come from.

Covid-19 update 02/12

the club is open again following our Covid-19 OPS,

A reminder that you must be booked in to come to site.

We are closed Monday and Tuesday

Bookings for Sunday close on Friday by 6pm. If no bookings are taken the club is closed on Sundays.

Covid-19 Update 05/11

Under the guidelines issued as part of the National lockdown, we are no longer able to offer water sports activities and subsequently Closed to all until December 3rd.

We understand there is some variation coming from different Watersports venues , But as a private venue we must close. Stay safe during this time and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the lake soon.

There will be limited hire slots available. 6 hire boards per hour. Plus 1 mega board for family household only (4-6people).
Hire slots will be on the hour, between 12noon and 4pm, daily, according to weather forecast. There may be possible other slots available for on the day bookings if demand requires.
